Today, the Once Upon a Mattress leads and band took a tour of some of the local schools to "advertise" for the show. (exhausted) We played three songs, and at the end of each performance, the floor was open for a bit of a Q&A with the cast. Today was the preliminary costume fitting for Once Upon a Mattress. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the costumes I made on my dress form, but I probably will later. I finished the first of six things I'm making for the production of Once Upon a Mattress. It's Lady Larken's "pregnant" dress. I absolutely love the way it turned out.
